Solar Panel Upgrade

Ideally, as with all solar lights the panel should be orientated to face the position of the sun during the day as much as possible to maximise charging.(Not shaded, South, East or West facing) The Evo 56 Solar Security Light is designed to work all year round without a booster panel in normal solar panel friendly locations .However, some solar panel locations such as North facing gardens may require the Evo Booster Solar Panel which adds 2w of power to optimise performance. Equally for a commercial application where the light experiences heavy winter use i.e. the light will be detecting movement many times in winter the again we would recommend the use of an Evo Booster Solar Panel.
